If you'd like to commission me for anything, here's what you need to know:

Every digital commission starts at $10. I can either send the full resolution image to you via e-mail, or print a copy, matte it, and mail it via post. If you want this latter option, an additional expense will be necessary to pay for the extra processing and shipping.

Every illustration is different, just as each of your ideas are unique, however detailed or loosely realized you envision them.  Given that, it would be unfair to say "sketches are ten dollars, drawings are twenty, paintings are fifty," and so on.  I gauge the price of the finished product by the amount of time I reckon I'll need to do it.  This is based on a $10 hourly rate.  Initially, I'll ask that you describe exactly what you want to see in the finished product.  Do you want an interpretation of a fantastic dream you had recently?  Describe it in as much detail as you can.  Have you got an original character you're dying to see?  Once again, describe her or him in as much detail as possible.

I'll quote a price based on how much time I think I'll need to spend in making your idea, and as I work on your project, I will check in with you at several stages (the initial sketch, the inks, the base tones, and the final rendering) to give you the opportunity to make adjustments to the final piece.  I'll log every hour that I work on your piece, but, I will not charge more than the price I quoted you, even if I end up needing more time to finish it.  After the project is finished, and you've approved it, I'll send you an invoice and, once paid in full, I'll deliver your product in either of the aforementioned formats you wish.

You can certainly pay a budgeted amount of money for the equivalent amount of work. For instance, if your budget allows for only $10, I will do an hour's worth of work.

Keep in mind that I'm a full-time Art student; that being said, please allow me ample time to complete the work. Each piece will have a deadline that factors in these extraneous obligations.  I will only log the hours that I am actively engaged in its creation.  There will be periods where I will be able to finish a project rather quickly, however, this will be the exception, not the rule.
